lexie2010: New York, NY; My name is Alexis, I'm a 21 year old college student. Since high school I've always had low self-esteem and gone up and down in my weight. This past summer I joined the gym and met with a nutritionist every week. She helped me to maintain a healthy diet and workout routine. I lost a total of 20 pounds and I still continue to be active. My ultimate goal is to remain healthy and live an active life.

8-Treat yourself to your favorite food once in a while
